Thank you for always checking the site!
Have you seen the 'Bloody Monday' posters around Tokyo? Today I'll tell you about the secret story behind the visual poster which you can find at the top page of this official site.
"Yoroshiku onegaishimasu!!" said the cheerful Miura Haruma-kun who plays Fujimaru as he walks into the Tokyo studio. At that time he was still in 'samurai' mode [laugh], but with the publicity department playing the 'Bloody Monday' main theme song...!? "Ah, listening to this music, there's that feeling that once again Bloody Monday is going to begin. Tension rises ne!!" was his delightful grinning response. The one in charge of photography was the same photographer as before, Leslie Kee. "Ah, pulling the chin back makes it Fujimaru-like ne?" the staff commented. Producer, costume staff, those in charge of hair and make-up... Surrounded by familiar staff, slowly Miura-kun regained the 'Fujimaru' feeling.
Miura-kun and Leslie share the same birthdate, April 5. Leslie remembered this, "Haruma and I, we have the same birthday ne. But I'm about twice your age [laugh]," he said with a bitter smile. The fact that they share the same birthday was a coincidence. Through that simple conversation, photography was comfortable and continued smoothly. Compared to before, Haruma-kun understood the directions given easily. It's clear that he has become more adult-like and sexy!!
Then rushing into the studio in a kimono was Satoh Takeru-kun, who had just ended filming a drama with another network. Continuing from Season 1 as Fujimaru's close friend is Satoh-kun who plays Otoya. Looking at his clothes... it's still the argyle pattern!! In Season 1, Otoya wore argyle sweater. It seems that Otoya doesn't have a firm grip on fashion [laugh]. After taking solo shots, Miura-kun and Satoh-kun took photos together. Leslie went "One, two, go!". Their image was of Fujimaru and Otoya standing up against terrorism in Japan! It's been a while since they met each other, and they were happy to be here. During the interval,"Basking in the sun Cat" (!?). It was the fun and playful 'HaruTake' combination, but once the camera started clicking they were very, very manly and cool~!
A fan was used for the photoshoot. Miura-kun was having fun as the wind blew at him, "Uwaa, the hairdo's like a regent style! Maybe I can be in 'ROOKIES'!?" [laugh]. In contrast, that wind was tormenting Satoh-kun. He had dry eyes which made it painful. The staff encouraged him "Hold on! Open your eyes for just a bit more." Once the photoshoot ended, he didn't let go of the eyedrops. Poor Satoh Takeru-kun...
Once again, Kichise-san plays Orihara Maya. She wears the familiar black fur coat. J's Kanzaki Jun played by Narimiya-san seems to have filled the time-gap by dressing stylishly, his initial appearance... J's visual has changed so drastically, what other surprises will there be!?
After Season 1, each of them went through changes. Soon all of you will understand, the story will be revealed next week on the 23rd! Until then, please wait for it ne~! Next week, look forward to the press conference report!

Happy New Year.
Mao-san's 23rd birthday was on the 9th♪
She celebrated with people who have always looked out for her and staff from the agency!!
Thank you for the many congratulatory comments and letters from everyone!
Also, some of you might have already known of the press release yesterday,
she will be in the Oguri Shun directed 'Surely Someday'!
Filming took place around the same time as 'Karei naru Spy' and 'Kyumei Byoto 24 Ji SP' last year (July).
She was really surprised by the wonderful cast when she saw the script!
Look forward to its opening♪♪
Please support her in 2010 too.

On the 23rd, after work, she went to Saitama Super Arena where she had been invited to Hirai Ken-san's 'Ken's Bar 2009 Winter'!
Mao-san was moved when she heard 'Boku wa Kimi ni Koi wo Suru'♪
It was a fantastic live performance and turned out to be an unforgettable Christmas present!
By the way, we filmed commercials for 'Mizuho Bank' on Christmas and Christmas Eve!!
She received many Christmas presents and flowers, and even a Christmas cake with her name on it♪
There were many familiar staff members around so it was a fun filming location!!
The new Mizuho Bank CM will start airing next year so look forward to it♪
After filming ended on the 25th, as we were going "It's cold! It's cold~!", the two of us were standing in line for 'Cold Stone' and we ate ice-cream★
Did everyone have a fun Christmas?
May everyone have a great New Year holiday☆彡

Recently Mao-san has been receiving flowers on location at work.
When she opened the lid to the one she received today, the box was tightly packed with flowers♪
How happy she must be to get such gorgeous flowers as presents ne!
And finally tomorrow is the day that 'The Best Xmas Ever Hana Yori Dango Final TV Premiere' goes on air!
She recorded some comments with Matsumoto Jun-san too so look forward to it♪
May everyone have a beautiful Christmas...☆
By the way, the plan for Mao-san is... work! (*laugh*)
She is slated for 2 new CMs, I'll report on the details next time!

Q: How's filming on-location for 'Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge'?
A: It's really fun.
Q: What do you think of the story?
A: It's a type of drama I've never been in.
Q: What's great about being on-location?
A: Everyone's nice, I like to play and everything is fun.
Q: What were the directions for you to play Takeru?
A: I'm supposed to be knowledgable and adult-like. Trying to be like an adult is difficult, but I'm having fun acting it out. I'm doing my best!
Q: Filming together in many scenes, what do you think of Kamenashi-kun?
A: He's very kind. During filming intervals, we talk about baseball because both of us are interested in it. We play guessing games like "Who's swing is this?" and make comments such as "○○ player, is amazing ne."
Q: What's it like having Takashima Reiko-san playing the role of Mother?
A: This is my 4th time filming together with Takashima-san, it's really fun. I was very happy when I heard that she was going to be in that role.
Q: Sunako hates her face and hides it. Seishiro-kun, is there anything that you don't like about yourself?
A: Mm. That's a secret [laugh].
Q: Seishiro-kun, what do you want to do your best in from now on?
A: I'll do my best both in work and in my studies.
Q: Seishiro-kun, what type of person do you want to be?
A: I want to be the kind and cool older brother.

Marunouchi OLs (office ladies) fall for the charms of mobile phone yoga and Narimiya!
About 40 people attended the by-invitation only event, mostly ladies working in the Marunouchi area. The event debuted the mobile site 'Home Yoga Salon', where one can enjoy yoga through their mobile phones. There were cheers when the appointed 'yoga supporter' Narimiya made his appearance.
"A lady who practises yoga is someone who's beautiful from the inside and who aims to be healthy, that's the image. Very attractive," was Narimiya's comment. Within that same site, the contents include email and voice mail support for the user. In addition, there's a 'Yoga Sensei' in the form of email support, a specialist pertaining to topics on yoga, diet and beauty.
The programme was tested during the event. At the end of a session, the system sends a voice message and an email. When 'Narimiya' is chosen as the preferred setting, words of encouragement from him, a 'whispered' message arrives. On this day, a lady was chosen through a lottery to receive the mobile phone as a present from Narimiya. Unexpectedly, Narimiya went close to her ear and said "Be lovely through mobile phone and yoga," displaying a 'live whisper'. To this the lady replied, "I'll do my best," as she blushed. Sighs of envy were heard in the hall.
Narimiya also did yoga with 10 ladies. Although he stumbled, he managed a pose with a smile. Usually he hits the gym or go to the pool to exercise, fitting in yoga between intervals during filming. "I'll support this as best as I can. With mobile phone yoga, there will be more beautiful ladies, which makes us guys happy." To those who overate during the New Year, now is the perfect time to 'access' this.

Sorry for not updating the blog.
Everyday I'm doing my best at filming (^^)
As quick as the drama announcement has ended on the 12th, from tomorrow onwards 'Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge' will begin airing.
The other day I watched the preview screening and there's a good merry tempo to it. There was laughter... and it was also moving...
There are many highlights to it ★
Up till now, I've never been in a role like this. I think you'll be seeing a new me.
Seems like there's so many things to talk about [laugh]

Sasaki Nozomi CM Product Launch

"I want to be 'the best!'"
On the 19th, Suntory will launch its 'Calorie' canned drinks for sale. Model Sasaki Nozomi attended its CM product launch and sampling event on the 12th in Tokyo. Upon her entrance, she wrote her New Year resolution , "Ichiban" (the best), and shared her enthusiasm about the new year.
Sasaki Nozomi appeared on stage wearing a bold bare-back blue mini-skirt dress. Regarding the CM comment and her resolution, "This year, whatever it may be, "Be the best" is what I aim for." The press asked her what is it that she wants to be the best in. "There's many to choose from," she said, laughing with a hint of being greedy. After thinking about it, she replied, "This year I'll put my best effort into a design that I like."
Besides the CM debut, the event also featured Sasaki Nozomi handing out a can of the drink, tagged "1 can 77kcal", one by one to 77 people for sampling.
There are 2 CMs. In the first teaser, somewhere in the Mediterranean Sea, she appears with other dancers wearing a white dress, giving an energetic jump and exuding a refreshing charm. The second CM will be on-air nationwide from the 19th onwards.
The new products from Suntory Chu Hai Calorie range are Mediterranean Sea Lemon, Mediterranean Sea Grapefruit, Mediterranean Sea Orange, Grape, White Peach and Plum. Retailing at 141 yen for each 350ml can.

A poster at one of the Maotsujun threads in 2ch mentioned that Mao and Jun have matching Hysteric Glamour cardigans, as seen on Mao from her staff diary and Jun from Myojo February. So I checked the Hysteric Glamour website, Mao's diary and scans from Myojo February 2010.
Do they wear some of their own clothes to photo shoots? Are they the same cardigans? Just a coincidence? Covert cardigans of love? Or does this belong to the Maotsujun Delusion thread? (yes, there's one dedicated to that at 2ch too (；ﾟ(ｴ)ﾟ))
Mao's manager has also mentioned how Mao loves studs and this cardigan has plenty of them.

Full Post »Oguri Shun & Yamada Yu back from Hawaii
Oguri Shun (27) and Yamada Yu (25) arrived back in Japan on 11th January after their Hawaii trip. A crowd of about 40 reporters from the media were waiting at the arrival gate for their Japan Airlines flight from Honolulu. When the reporters questioned Oguri if it was a trip before marriage when they left on the 4th, he replied that they had just happened to be together. At that time, they boarded the plane at different times. This time too, they appeared separately. Oguri came out first, with a cap on and talking on his mobile. A few minutes later, Yamada appeared with sunglasses on, accompanied by model Hasegawa Jun (23).
If the ring finger she was hiding before their departure was conspicuous, this time she was holding on to two passports. Oguri's signature could clearly be seen on one of the declaration forms tucked between the passports. Asked if the trip was fun, Yamada answered "Yes" with a smile and hurried on to luggage inspection. The declaration forms must be presented before being allowed back in to the country and from the restricted area, the press watched as Yamada caught up with Oguri and handed the documents to him.
After that, they appeared at the arrival lobby separately again. Pushing a luggage trolley filled with what looked like Yamada's luggage as well, which includes a pink golf bag and shopping bags, Oguri's reply to reporters asking about their relationship was "Not really." Yamada left the airport with Hasegawa, carrying handbags.
